In early September Fifth Capital’s PR company leafleted local residents.

They have now completed detailed plans and will be submitting a planning application in the autumn.  The leaflet says what people told them at their exhibition in July but doesn’t say if their designs have changed as a result.  In fact they just repeat the previous proposals.

The leaflet has a section about the appointment of Future City to deliver a public art and cultural strategy for the Carriageworks site. Apparently local people will be able to get involved in workshops to shape the plans for art and culture.
