Parking

There are currently six parking spaces on Bullard Close. These are reserved for people with Carriageworks parking permits and Blue Badges. Carriageworks parking permits are currently free, but we will be introducing a charge for them in the near future.

If you would like to apply for a Carriageworks parking permit, please email info@carriageworks.org.uk and provide the following information:

  • Your name
  • Proof of address (e.g. council tax bill, utility bill, bank statement)
  • Whether you own or rent your flat
  • Car make, model and colour
  • Car registration number
  • Photo of front and back of Blue Badge

Residents can apply for a permit to park within the St Pauls residents’ parking scheme (RPS) area. Please see the Bristol Council website for more information: St Pauls residents’ parking scheme (bristol.gov.uk)

If granted a permit, you will be able to park in residents bays in this area. The nearest bays are located on Ashley Road, Brigstocke Road and Hepburn Road (make sure you check the signs to ensure you are not parking in a Pay and Display parking bay by accident).

Below is a detailed map of the RPS zone (click to enlarge). Bays where residents can park are marked in orange or green.

Visitors’ parking permits can be purchased by all residents, regardless of whether they own their own vehicle or not. This enables visitors to park in residents bays within the St Pauls RPS area. Please see the Bristol Council website for more information: Get visitors’ parking permits (bristol.gov.uk)

Hamilton House on Stokes Croft rents out spaces in its secure car park for approx. £100 per month. Get in touch with them for more information: Hamilton House (hamilton-house.org)
