  1. If there is to be either offices, residential or shops here, for the benefit of the residents of the area there should be improved parking facilities or a residents parking scheme. Its already hard enough to park outside my house, but if this is to be developed, you NEED to appease the local residents of this area and make it easier for us to park outside our own houses by introducing parking meters on the streets immediately affected and GIVING (for free) the residents permits instead of charging us for the right to park outside our own houses (which we already do with our council tax and road tax) and not allowing the people who are paid to work in town to take advantage of our domestic streets. Business should be forced to make allowances for their staff and their visitors to park in NCP or in private car parks and not take up our streets with their cars.
